Am 09.12.2010 fand in Brüssel die konstituierende Sitzung von TRANSEO, dem europäischen Verband für die Übertragung kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen (KMU). Die M & A Strategie GmbH war Gründungsteilnehmer und gehört damit zu den ersten 20 Mitgliedern dieser neuen europäischen Organisation.
